So disappointed that Venmo/Evolve would represent this absolutely disgusting property and let the public stay here. The pictures presented on the website are NOTHING like what actually awaits you. Walking into the house, the overwhelming smell of dirt, mice and dust takes your breath away. Whole house was dirty. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The furniture, floors and old nasty knickknacks. Dead/alive flies everywhere. Beds not made, just sheets and comforter thrown on the bed. The bed broke in the middle of the night as it was being held up by plastic boxes. We slept laying “downhill”. The bunk beds wobbly and unsafe. Several safety issues…no working outdoor lights. Broken tiles covered up by a rug in front of kitchen sink and exposed nails on the stairway going upstairs. Kitchen was atrocious with the sink not clean and lime. Pure filth and dirt all over the refrigerator, stove and exhaust fan. Mouse droppings on the counter. Cupboards smelled old and musty and had dirty dishes and smelly towels. So disgusting that we weren’t able to and didn’t want to even cook in the house for fear we would become ill. The bathroom had dead flies in the windows. The green soap came out in glops of red. The shampoo came out curdled like it sat for months and then mixed with water. The towels were old, stunk and yes, even crusty! Towels thrown on the counter…others in the cupboard with cobwebs on them. Toilet paper just thrown on the counter Wal-Mart bag. This place is absolutely dreadful!
