Perfect fishing spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Rick Island vacation rental! The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time fishing, it was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Watching the longhorns roam the back half of the 60 acres was such a unique and fun experience, and making s’mores around the bonfire made for unforgettable family memories. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a Fabulous time. John was an amazing host!! Highly recommended place to stay. John was there to personally greet us and give us a tour of the property. Great fishing and spectacular place to relax and hang out and cook and enjoy friends and family. We were there to duck hunt , but Spalshway water park is about 10-15 minutes from this property. We stayed in the big house at the front of the property. House was very nice, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway for whatever reason!! Thanks, John for your amazing hospitality

I was extremely impressed by how the host greeted us upon our arrival and explained all the ins and outs of the place. It was a very family-friendly location to spend the weekend. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Splashway. I would choose it time and time again.
