The water is shallow with a sand bottom. Great for children and water activities. The sunsets are spectacular after a beautiful day on the lake. This spacious home is in a fantastic location on Lake Superior, with a lovely yard and a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The host was highly responsive and great to work with.

The sunsets are stunning and the beach is incredible! You can walk forever out into the water on the sandy bottom without the water going above your waist. The lake is clear and is great for paddle boarding and kayaking. The gazebo with the screens all the way around is perfect for your early mornings or late in the evening watching the sunsets. Kerri went above and beyond ensuring the property was fenced in for the dogs. The cottage had everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at the lake house. The house is very nice and clean. The location is ideal and the lake was beautiful. We swam, kayaked every morning and had leisurely evenings in the waterside gazebo. Very dog friendly with well closed in yard. Only one shower was a bit unexpected but doable. Water is drinkable but you may prefer the bottled water. Could use more kitchen towels but may have been an oversight. Overall, highly recommend. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Hi Dawn, Thanks for your review. I do encourage guests to reach out to me if they need anything further upon my first contact w them when they arrive. I certainly could have brought you some dish towels, but I didn’t realize you were in need. There is a washer and dryer on site should guests wish to refresh towels etc. As for the one shower, I do believe that is noted in the room allocations on this site , and it is good to note that again in case ppl are intent on 2 showers. So far all guests have been satisfied w the bathroom options. Glad you had a nice vacation ant the house. Enjoy the rest of your summer! Kerri
