The second bedroom is a queen bedroom with full laundry facilities in the closet. Two side dresser/nightstands for clothing storage. Smart TV in living room, primary king bedroom and upstairs room. Each room is equipped with luggage stand for your suitcase.
Kitchen has fully electric stove, microwave/convection oven and stainless steel refrigerator. Our kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs.

We love Lee’s Summit and live and work locally. I work as an RN and my husband is a long time local business owner.
We purchased this home in order to open it as short term rental.
We love to shop local, enjoy local restaurants, hike and enjoy the outdoors. Our favorite Saturdays are spent at local coffee shops and the Farmer’s Market.

We wanted to offer our guests a home with historic charm that had walkability to all things downtown.
What makes this property unique
We chose to decorate a little on the retro side with our mid century modern vibe. We have also put a great deal of thought into furnishing to make them comfortable and offer many of the comforts of home.
