The Space:

With 8 bedrooms and 22 beds split evenly across two complete houses, DOUBLE DOWN gives big families and multi-family trips real separation instead of a shared hallway. Home 1 holds a king bedroom, a room with six double beds, a second king bedroom, and a room with three double beds. Its game room runs a poker table, a bar with stools, an arcade game, and a projector screen, plus its own full kitchen and living room.



Home 2 mirrors that layout with two king rooms, a six-double room, and a three-double room, along with its own kitchen island and bar stools, its own living room, and a second game room with a sectional, bar seating, and a second karaoke setup.



Each home is booked together on VRBO but stays fully private inside, with no shared interior spaces, so grandparents in one house and teenagers in the other can each keep their own rhythm. Spend the day downtown, grill out on either rooftop as the sun drops behind the skyline, then trade karaoke mics and poker hands in the game rooms before everyone heads back to their own home to sleep.
