The Space:

Double Down books through VRBO as two full-sized homes side by side, not one big house split down the middle. Your group gets exclusive keys to both homes, with no shared walls or common spaces to work around. Home 1 has a kitchen with a dark-cabinet island and bar seating, a living room with a mounted TV on an accent wall, and a game room with a pool table, poker table, and arcade game.



Home 2 mirrors that setup with its own kitchen, living room, and game lounge, plus a second rooftop deck and hot tub so both halves of the group can each claim their own skyline view. Home 2 also adds a Bunk Room with 4 single beds, giving families with kids or a larger crew a place to spread out.



Each home has a karaoke setup and a built-in makeup bar with room for the whole group to get ready together, plus photo-op backdrops throughout both houses. Spend the day out toward Broadway and the Gulch, come back for rooftop drinks at sunset with both hot tubs going, then split into the two game rooms for karaoke and poker before everyone heads back to their own bedroom.

Rideshares run frequently between the homes and Broadway or the Gulch, making it easy for larger groups to head out together without worrying about multiple cars. BNA airport is about a 12 minute drive away
