You'll love our cute and cosy cottage, tucked into a leafy lot with a small creek running along one side of the property filled with native birds. The house has been tastefully decorated with comfort and style in mind. It's within walking distance to trendy cafes, pubs, shops, bottle shop, Woolworths and a train station (5 min walk) and only 1 min drive or 20 min walk to stunning beaches including a fantastic off-lead dog beach (Macauleys).
The backyard is fully fenced in. The space The cottage has three bright and comfortable bedrooms, two with wardrobes and the main with en-suite. There are two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a pedestal fan for warm nights and there is a split system air conditioner in the lounge to keep you cool during the day.
You'll love the backyard with a large table, lounge and BBQ to entertain in under the shade of the 100+ year old fig tree. There is a medium sized grass area for games and dogs to run and play and the yard is fully fenced and secure.

Our cottage is dog friendly, they can be anywhere inside or outside.
Bulli and the surrounding suburbs are super dog friendly with most pubs and cafes allowing dogs inside and outside. Some of our favourite spots are: The Heritage Hotel , Resin Brewing , Timbermill Cafe & Park Road Garage (all within walking distance).
Macauleys Beach is one of the best known off-lead dog beaches in the region, with two creeks, forest paths and loads of friendly local dogs to play with. It's a stone's throw from magical Sandon Point and heritage-listed boat sheds which is one of the local's favourite spots for a dip (not dog friendly).
If you prefer the bush over beach or want to stay cool under the canopy of the forest, head to the top of the road (2-min drive) and you'll find access to hundreds of kilometers of bush tracks, filled with creeks, temperate rain forest and barely any people.

This house is lovely- clean, quiet with a great yard for the puppy and in a beautiful beach side suburb. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends and stay again.
Billiant for dogs & cooking. No need to eat out as the kitchen with its wonderful large gas stove and big oven, with newish usable pots & pans etc., made it easy to have family and friends over for a cook up (even baked a cake). And only a short walk to the supermarket, or quick 3 minutes drive to Wanoona boutique shops. The yard is small yet secure for our two small doggies, who only used it to have some space outside the house for a little ball play, sunbake and chillout after busy days out and about. The house has a wonderful cosy charm, comfortable beds and spacey rooms, excellent supply of basic necessities, and the other things you need to make it a home-away from home. Having two bathrooms was handy. Easy to get to, easy to access everything Illawarra has to offer. If available will book again for our future trips.
