Modern, stylish and very comfortable, By the Rockpool @ Bulli Beach is a stunning property beautifully furnished and the perfect location to enjoy a holiday all year round.
Living, kitchen, dining and bathroom are all located downstairs and open onto the rear entertaining deck and yard.
Four bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with an ensuite in the master and full bathroom with bath and shower.
Air conditioned for you comfort and a level 350m walk to the Bulli Rock pool, patrolled beach and newly refurbished children's playground and the infamous Bulli Beach Cafe.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The rental agreement (Terms and Conditions of the stay) will be issued to all guests prior to the confirmation of the booking.

The location of this property was excellent. It was 5 mins walk to the children’s playground, the Bulli Beach Cafe and the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this to any family wishing to holiday in the Bulli area.

Our stay in Bulli was amazing. The host was great. The house was bright and clean and had everything you need to prepare meals including ample plates, bowls and cutlery. We drove to get groceries but that was not a problem. We would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great beach house

Lovely home in fantastic location. Short walk to beach. Very quiet location. The property is modern, extremely clean, well equipped. The Property Manager responded quickly to our booking request and the process from booking to check out was seamless. We would definitely recommend this property and rebook.

The property was lovely, fully equipped and clean. We had a lovely stay but had one complaint and that was the awkward staircase, very difficult to climb as the railing was not one piece and proved hard carrying suitcases up

So neat. So new. So well-equipped

This was a great house for our weekend stay. Great comfy beds. Nice open-plan design. Light and airy. Bathrooms up and down stairs. It was spotlessly neat and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Having lots of plates and bowls, nice cutlery, proper glasses and cups and quality cooking equipment was so refreshing! So many holiday rentals skimp on this important stuff and provide only basic equipment (one or two cheap saucepans that are hopeless for cooking actual meals) or bowls, cutlery and utensils that are rejects from the owner's home. "Bulli by the Rockpool" was fitted out and equipped to a standard that must be applauded. (Other rentals take note.) Plus it is close to the beach for a swim and I loved the outdoor shower.
