The home itself is designed for space, comfort and connection with nature. Across two generous levels, it features five bedrooms, multiple living zones, and thoughtful details throughout — ideal for families or groups looking for a stylish escape with room to breathe.

The master suite includes bay views, a luxe ensuite with underfloor heating, and electric blinds. Additional bedrooms comfortably sleep up to eight guests, including bunk options for kids.

While there’s no public transport in the immediate area, key spots like Hobart Airport, Seven Mile Beach, and local cafes and wineries are all within a short drive. A car is recommended for exploring nearby attractions and making the most of your stay.

Grandchildren were disappointed that the spa and swimming pool were not available. Previous occupants cooking left an odour of cooked lamb throughout the kitchen and dining room. Apart from that, everything was really good including the gardens, bedrooms, sitting rooms, etc. Spectacular views!
