Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Remove all bedding and assemble for cleaning staff.
Place towels in bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Being from Canada, we certainly love the white sand beaches, beautiful climate and atmosphere. When we are not able to be there, it’s our pleasure to offer it for rent. We rent it on a weekly basis (check-in Saturday & check-out the following Saturday. We are only offering the unit in the month of November.

This 2nd Floor unit has a direct Ocean Beach view from the Balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast. The property is well maintained and shopping, dining and entertainment are all within walking distance. Transportation is available close by for trips into St Petersburg.
