I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. When you book with me, I'll be more than happy to share recommendations on places to visit and things to do. Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family for a long time. It has been annual rentals for awhile until in 2012 I began updating the property and making it for vacationers! This area is paradise and it is wonderful to own a small part of an island!

Known for its stunning beaches and beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. **Pass-a-Grille Beach**: is a historic neighborhood within St. Pete Beach and is famous for its quaint, Old Florida charm, with unique shops, restaurants, and a serene beach.

Celebrated for its natural beauty, outdoor activities, and the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a -Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.
