About this property
Moa Whare by Stay Waiheke
Summary:
Moa Whare is a warm, inviting home set between Oneroa and Blackpool beaches, designed for easy island living. With generous indoor spaces, peaceful outlooks, and a wide deck that captures rural and sea views, it’s a comfortable retreat for up to four guests.
The Space:
The home is arranged around two relaxed living rooms that make it easy for a group to spread out or come together. The main lounge opens directly to the deck, filling the space with natural light and giving you a clear view across the surrounding landscape. The second living room offers a quieter space to read, unwind, or enjoy a slower start to the day.
At the centre of the home is a modern kitchen finished with dark cabinetry, clean lines, and integrated appliances. It overlooks the dining area and the outdoor living spaces, making meal preparation and shared dinners simple and sociable. Large sliding doors connect the kitchen and living areas to the deck, where wide timber flooring, sheltered seating, and open views create an easy indoor–outdoor flow.
The main level includes a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom sits downstairs and features a comfortable queen bed positioned beside the garden outlook. The bathrooms are well finished, tiled, and fitted with modern fixtures, including a walk-in shower and a wide vanity.
The deck is one of the standout features of Moa Whare. Framed by the home’s architectural detail and surrounding greenery, it’s a private place to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the light change across the hills. The property’s garden areas add another layer of calm, connecting the home to its natural surroundings.
