We enjoyed our stay here- the views were amazing. House is stocked with essentials, plenty of towels. It was very clean and free of clutter. We rented golf carts and drove them around town. Five minute walk to the beach. Management was very responsive and checked on us. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was amazing, views are outstanding. Golf carts were great for getting around town quickly! We had an electric and WiFi problem. Property manager was extremely quick to get both issues resolved. No complaints and would stay here again!

Amazing views, very clean and great location!

View from this property is stunning and sunset views from the top pool deck were beautiful. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and was everything we were looking for. Restaurants and beach were a short drive and walk away. We did walk a couple of times to the beach and town but we would consider getting golf carts next time for the convenience ...and to avoid the walk back up in the hill in the heat.

The house is beautiful! Views from the all glass living room are spectacular and from the 3rd floor infinity pool even better! House is spacious and well appointed. Playas del Coco - best villa for a group, family

We were over the moon with the views from the villa. The all glass living room gathering space was gorgeous along with the balcony view and pool side view. We travelled with our three grown children and their spouses/partners, eight in total. Everyone had their own spaces (we pushed the two twin beds together). Beach towels were provided and we brought beach blankets from home. Short walk to local beach or town and many easy day trips to other nearby beaches. Kitchen was well laid out, had all amenities, minus the microwave which was not working. We cooked our suppers almost every day. Alex from Zindis group was very helpful throughout our stay. We listened to the howler monkeys as we took i. The gorgeous scenery. We could not have been more pleased.

Stop searching-Just stay here!

Just spent two weeks at this lovely home and property. The views are amazing! The house is filled with light with views from all the windows. The upper pool deck with the infinity pool and again more incredible views is hard to describe …..you have to pinch yourself to make sure the experience is real. The Zindis staff including Alex and Damian, property managers; Alejandro in reservations and the concierge Javier all went our of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A few minor things in the house which needed to be fixed/replaced were immediately attended by Alex. One of our friends had a medical emergency. Damian and Manuel, a member of the corporate team, spent hours making sure our friend got the right medical care - even bringing dinner them as they waited in the Urgent Care facility. Hope to be back so we all get chance to relive this experience again in the future!

Location, View, Bones, Amenities of the property were great. I would consider this property to be a little tired and in need of some minor maintenance to improve the experience. We had several issues, all minor, but collectively left a less than excellent rating. 2 shower heads leaked badly, water heater was set too low and needed to be adjusted (cool showers), one commode leaked and ran most of the time, requiring us to shutoff the water supply when not in use. Zindis representative (Alex) did respond and correct most of the items. He was very helpful. Overall, a good experience. I would consider this property again and compare to additional options.

Gorgeous view

The view and the property were better than what’s shown in the pictures. Definitely get golf carts through Brian. It’s so much easier and fun to ride around in that. Very affordable pricing too. Property manager was responsive and made it easy to check in and check out. Loved waking up to the view. Beautiful pool and the property was very clean. All amenities were in perfext shape. Laundry machine was new and clean. The only comment to the owner is to get your roofing checked out. There was a water leak during the storm on the last day of our stay. Water damage is evident in some locations. Even on our first day we can tell there were locations of water damage as the plaster was bubbling and paint peeling off. Didnt affect our stay but hope the owner can get it fixed without too much damage.

Incredible! The Villa and grounds were amazing!! So amazing that we took family photos right off the balcony, instead of on the beach as planned. The beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient for getting to the beach and into town without being right in the middle of it all. It was incredibly serene, to the point where we could sit on the balcony in the rocking chairs and hear the ocean waves in the early morning and evening when the town was calmed down. We rented golf carts, and it made zipping to the beach a quick 1-2 minute trip and into the main town area 3-4 min. We ordered groceries ahead of time through the Zindis group and everything was in the fridge or on the counter awaiting our arrival. The Zindis guys Edgar and Alex were amazing house managers and concierges! Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they were right there to help; in person, via text or by phone. The electricity fluctuates momentarily at times if the wind is blowing hard. This was not usually a problem, but we did have to have them show us how to reset the instant hot water heater, because it would reset to cool when the power went out. However, it was easy to reset and we would quickly have unlimited hot water again. Then there’s the pool! Ahhh! I’m not even a pool person, but it was so nice to hang out in the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean, leaning across the infinity edge. Our whole group of 8 had a glorious time, adults and kids! We will be back!

The house is more beautiful than what you can see on the pictures. It is very close to the beach and center of the town of playas del coco. The cleanliness should be improved also the grill needs to be replaced.

Oh that VIEW!!!!

This is a great property if you like views, being close to the small town, and ability to get to the beach on foot. The pool area is such a great place for an end of day relaxation. A great shout out to Cynthia and Fernando for helping us with local tours and restaurant suggestions. That personal touch made the trip the best ever! Covid precautions outstanding at the property and by the locals.
