If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The location was great! The room was nice and clean and well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The dishwasher was broken but that was communicated prior to our arrival and was not a problem for us.

Yes. Ski slopes were easily accessible However, the condo was not clean (carpets etc), heat vents and other things were partially broken. Unit was very hot upstairs even with the air off. Couches looked dated and not very clean. Very limited amenities for shower etc. As we walked through the corridors, we smelled marijuana daily. And with the price of the condo, we had to pay extra to park our vehicles. Overall not the best mountain experience. And we stay in the mountains multiple times each year. We will not be staying at this location in the future. With some updates, this could have been a great location and condo experience.

We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Had we been made aware of concerns like the cleanliness, temperature upstairs, or the condition of certain items during your stay, our team would have gladly tried to address them in real time. We always encourage guests to reach out while they are in-house so we have the opportunity to help and make things right whenever possible. Regarding amenities and parking, the items we provide in the unit (including the starter set of shower products and other essentials) as well as the paid parking requirement are all outlined in the listing, rental agreement, and guest portal prior to arrival so guests can plan accordingly. As for the marijuana smell in the building corridors, marijuana is legal in Colorado and, in multi-unit buildings, there is unfortunately limited ability for us to control what may occasionally be smelled in shared spaces. We do appreciate your feedback about the furnishings and maintenance items and will be sure to pass those comments along to our team for review. While we’re sorry this stay didn’t meet your expectations, we do truly appreciate you giving the property a try.
