Charmant studio situé dans l'annexe d'une villa entièrement rénovée dans l'esprit Cap Ferret, au fond d'une impasse et bénéficiant d'un calme absolu.

La chambre climatisée et équipée d'une literie grand confort (matelas Emma 160X200), possède son entrée indépendante avec cuisine équipée et une salle de douche à l'Italienne, avec sèche-serviettes électrique. Possibilité de louer une deuxième chambre dans l'annexe avec literie grand confort (matelas Emma 160X200). (+100 euros/nuit pour la deuxième chambre).

Elle donne directement sur une terrasse privative arborée. De là, vous avez accès à la piscine extérieure chauffée et sa cusine d'été, équipée d'un bar (évier, plancha et frigo) et d'un salon d'été où vous pourrez prendre vos petits déjeuner/déjeuner/dîner.

Un chemin partant de la villa vous emmènera à travers la dune directement à l'océan en 2 minutes. Le centre ville et le marché couvert sont à 7 minutes à pied.

Superbe hôte de séjour !

Super nice location just a few steps away from the ocean. The owner are very nice and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. I would just recommend it! Magnificent.
