This peaceful house located on the edge of the West Desert Trail system (http:wdtrails.com) just steps from the front door & centrally located for short trips for essentials. This home is part of the Green Valley Recreation community (GVR) and passes are available. GVR are full service recreation centres and more info @ www.gvrec.org. Features 14' foot high ceilings and modern design. The home is well supplied with equipment for all your activities including 2 MTB's, 2 Tennis & Pickle ball rackets, Hiking poles and various yoga & exercise pieces. The backyard is equipped with a BBQ, Wood (solo) smokeless fire pit & Gas fire pit, 6 seat dining set as well as bird feeders & baths. Master bedroom w/1 king bed private bathroom, walk in closet and direct walk out to patio. Additional Bedrooms have Shared bathroom, 1 queen bed, & a cozy office space with a sofa bed. Enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and modern amenities like Deep freezer, new A/C, heating, and a Fridge. Guests will feel right at home. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Communication with host was great. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the main suite was spacious. The patio provided both shade and sun. Location was terrific, quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed almost daily walks in the West Desert trails across the street. We would return if in the area again.
