Brian has a lovely house that is just as it is described. The bed was comfortable and the entire house was clean. The neighborhood is very nice. We travel to Green Valley often and will stay here again if it is available.

This 2 bedroom townhome was lovely, extremely clean throughout. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Brian is very available and responsive. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location for relocation

My husband and I stayed here for 7 weeks while relocating to Arizona, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. This home was the perfect landing spot while we searched for our forever home. It had everything we needed—spacious, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal—centrally located with easy access to restaurants, the highway, and even beautiful Madera Canyon for day trips. We truly appreciated having such a peaceful and well-equipped place to call home during a big transition. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. No TV’s working in bedrooms as I thought there would be.Lock box for keys was hard to work with. Was nice to have a garage to park car in. Overall it was a beautiful house with nice amenities.

Wonderful Property

My husband and I stayed a month here. It was a great experience. The townhome was everything we could have wanted. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed.The location was great - close to restaurants and the rec center. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are really nice.Brian is an awesome host! He was very friendly and really quick to respond.I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back.

This property more than met my expectations and the host was super responsive. The house was conveniently located for visiting the area and was located in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet. The backyard was beautiful with a big shade tree and park like setting. The house was well equipped and the furniture was all very good quality and comfortable. Wonderful visit!

This rental is new to the market and my husband and I decided to take a chance. It is a great place, and quiet. It is CLEAN, spacious and comfortable with lots of lights and closets. The sky lights and teal color throughout the condo are so nice and soothing. Plenty of towels and supplies. Nice back yard and walking path right out the door. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen is well equipped. We liked the king bed (didn’t try the queen). The owner was quick to answer our questions. We had no issues with him or the condo. We hope this unit is available when we return to Green Valley to visit my brother again.
