This unique unit is available with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total of 1,000 sqft. The place has been recently tiled, painted and most appliances are new. It has new furniture and everything is updated with framed needlework and oil paintings and plenty of relaxer chairs. The kitchen has a beautiful Mexican fiesta style with a glass top stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A very spacious master bedroom with master bath has a hugh king sized bed 2 relaxer chairs and a flat screen tv. With a flat screen tv computer desk and internet access with wifi In living room you can watch a 48 in Smart flat screen tv . There is a new front loader washing machine and dryer. There is a patio area with a private bbq and table and chairs.

The property is located about 20 min from Tubac and about 30 min from Tucson. It is within walking distance to West social center and grocery store in Continental Plaza. Various Golfing greens are from five to fifteen min away. Fine dining restaurants and fast food are also within 5 to 20 min away. Hiking and bird watching at Madera Canyon about 25 min away. GVR [green valley recreation center] is also available containing many different centers. And of course our beautiful sunny weather! There is also a big heated pool and a covered seating area for the townhouses use. Also right across from a gvr center.

Convenient location in walking distance to grocery store, drug store, hardware store and a couple of restaurants. Short walk to a the pool which was very nice, clean, comfortable chairs, and hot tub.The traffic noise was sometimes a bit loud especially if sitting outside but never too loud while inside.The condo was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable.

Lori, the owner, was very accommodating. The stay had everything we needed, very well equipped. The place was chill, quiet and safe, a little noise from the highway but that is common with several areas in Green Valley. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again!

The house was fantastic - clean, had everything we needed, and the location could not have been better. Walking distance to a complete grocery store and very central for 'town' and the highway - although very quiet! No noise. We were able to access everything - visiting people, shopping, hiking and had a perfect 'home' base to come back to. Excellent location near shopping and recreation. We enjoyed short daily outings to bird watch and take short nature walks in nearby areas. The condo was fully equipped with very comfortable furniture. We would enjoy returning.
