Welcome to our nature retreat - Canadian forest, lake, creek, canoe, and acres of exploring, sometimes with deer and animals. Paved roads. 15 minutes to quaint Almonte, its restaurants shops and waterfall; 20 minutes to lovely Pakenham; 20 minutes to Carleton Place; 33 minutes to Arnprior; 35 minutes to historic Perth; 35 minutes to Kanata/the west end of Ottawa. Huge RV for anyone who loves nature without roughing it! We are an inclusive family.
39 foot RV with one small bedroom, living area/kitchen, 1 bathroom on forested 11.9 acres bordered by lake and small river. Property has been left natural There are meadows, forested areas, rocky areas -- so many differing microenvironments to explore. Host home is also close by on the same property. Borrow the canoe and explore a couple of lakes. On a clear night, the stars are so many and so much brighter than you can imagine.
