The home we paid for was supposed to be a certain address and bigger beds, what we got was a different address ( after walking into the address we booked, was directed to the rental beside it with the same security code!) this rental had 2 twin beds instead. The host said it was the wrong add was posted. The dining chairs were very shabby and wobbly. It was pretty clean except for a gob on the carpet and couch. No coffee maker, only tea. The driveways were not shovelled from snow.

We rented 11514 which was advertised as a king and two queens. We were re-directed to 11512 and told the error was VRBO's error. Inside we had a king and two twins - not great for two couples and a single person. Space was nice, but missing things like hand towels. Toilet paper holder in master bath barely on the wall. Etc. Just wouldn't consider this a five star and feel a bit like we were taken.
