About this property

Magical Themed Rooms with Private Pool & Spa, Player Piano, & Slate Pool Table

The perfect solution for bringing your pets along with you on your Disney/Universal vacation! Cumbrian Lakes is a quite and relaxing community, yet you're only 15 minutes from Disney's main gate, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios!

For the practicing piano player in your party, we have an upright piano in the downstairs sitting area. For parties without piano players, the piano is a player piano with various music rolls included.

Right next to the piano is a slate pool table.

This open floor plan, 2-story house has a beautiful master suite upstairs with a huge master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen-size bed (Star Wars themed) and the other with 2 twins. Those two bedrooms share a full bath upstairs. Downstairs, there is a queen-size bedroom with a sliding door that opens to the pool area. There is another bedroom downstairs (Frozen themed) with 1 twin and 1 queen bed. The two downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. There is an additional half bath under the stairs, and another half bath outside on the pool deck.

The fully equipped kitchen will help you to avoid eating out every day on your vacation. There is one 6-place table and and 3 stools at the island inside. Tableware and flatware are included.

The pool & spa area has plenty of table seating (for 10) for enjoying meals outside, and 4 lounge chairs for relaxing on days off from the parks. We also have a 4-burner gas grill with utensils. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $25/day + tax.

The house does have a 2-car garage, but it is not available for use.

This was our second time booking the property and wont be our last! Jason was super responsive from the time before booking and during our stay. We booked last minute and check in was a breeze, the house was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is the perfect distance to stores and restaurants. Universal was only a 20 minute drive. Our stay was great. The house is well set up for a family to stay the week. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to make any meal. The beds are very comfortable. Amusement parks vacation

Six members of my family traveled from Wisconsin to spend a week at amusement parks in Kissimmee. This house was a perfect base for us being half an hour from each of the parks.The house was clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils, towels, etc.It was very nice to come home after a long day and swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub

Very nice place and helpful owner

We enjoyed our week in Kissimmee at this property very much. We had a couple small issues when we arrived and the owner and maintenance person took care of it and communicated with us right away. I stayed with my family of five and small dog. The patio is really nice and we took full advantage of the heated pool and hot tub.

Family vacation

We had a lovely vacation staying at this home. It was the perfect space for our grown daughters, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. The heated pool and hot tub was a bonus for all. We were able to attend the Medeival times dinner theatre which was only 5 minutes away. Aldis and Walmart were also in very close proximity to the property. (5 minute drive) Jason, was very accommodating with regard to any of our requests. A perfect post Christmas vacation!

Thrill seekers paradise

Comfortable and spacious house in a nice, gated and quiet area of Kissimmee. Access to the theme parks of Disney and Universal were very easy by car.The pool/jacuzzi area was inviting but spending long days in the parks, we unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of these facilities.The only disappointment was that unlike others properties where everything is included, there were extra costs for pool heating and breakage insurance. Otherwise a pleasant stay to end our vacation.

We rented another house in the Cumbrian Lakes community in 2013, 2014, and 2016. We liked it so much that we've been looking for the perfect home in Cumbrian Lakes to purchase and we finally found it in late 2016! Now we want to share the great vacation experiences we had in Cumbrian Lakes with you!

Why they chose this property

What we loved about Cumbrian Lakes is that the community is very relaxing and quiet, yet it's only minutes away from anything you'd ever want on vacation! U.S. 192, which runs right through Kissimmee has plenty of restaurants and shopping from which to choose. We're also 5 minutes from the nearest Twistee Treats ice cream shop!! :-)

What makes this property unique

Based on our reviews and our own experiences renting vacation homes, I think what separates us is how well set up we are. Many guests have complimented on the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, and other accessories. And compared to other houses we have rented, we have to agree! We have a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. We have a large crock pot. We have a air frier. We have two blenders. We also have various cookie sheets and cake pans, mixing bowls, electric frying pan, and many other gadgets you'll need to feel right at home. Within reason, if there is something missing, we will order on Amazon and it will usually arrive the next day, sometimes even same day if ordered early enough.
