The master suite comes with a heavenly king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and promises an unrivalled level of comfort. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with queen and twin beds, ideal for families or group getaways.
• Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with contemporary amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
• Dining & Living: Here you can surprise your fellow guests with a home-cooked dinner savoured at the spacious dining table. For your convenience, a dryer, iron, and hair dryer are at your disposal. Unwind in the cozy living room fitted with ceiling fans, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV.

Amenities
We provide an Initial Supply of guest amenities to help you settle in. For longer stays, guests are responsible for their own top-ups once these initial supplies are used.
• Kitchen Items Provided: Nespresso machine (with pods), tea, coffee, milk, sugar, spray oil, glad wrap, alfoil, baking paper, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge and bin liners.
• Bathroom Amenities Provided: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, shower cap, toilet paper and tissues.
• Laundry: Full facilities including a front loader washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry pods.
• Comfort: Split-system reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling) and Free Wifi.

The Location
The Beaufort Street social precinct (including The Beaufort, Queens Tavern, Veggie Mama, Hanami Japanese, Astor Theatre), parks and transport to the city all just a stroll away. Walk to Beaufort Street cafes, shopping and pubs. Nearby is Forrest Park or venture a little further to leafy Hyde Park. 9-minute walk to Mount Lawley Train Station. Walk to local IGA and Fresh Provisions gourmet grocers. Banks Reserve on the Swan River is just over 1km away.
Mount Lawley is just 3km outside of the central CBD. Catch the 950 bus into the City off Beaufort Street.
