📦 Lost & found: if an item is located after checkout, handling + postage starts from $50.

🚫 No parties, no pets (our hearts melt for puppies too, but this home has to stay pet and smoke-free for everyone’s comfort).

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking anywhere (inside or balcony) is not allowed. Violation = $350 penalty.
