Ideally located on the "Cote de Granit Rose" in Brittany, and at only 250m from the large white sandy beach of Trestel, the house will seduce you by its luminosity and nice garden and its south facing terrace. You will be able to enjoy your vacations and/or telework with the comfort of a main residence.

- Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ

- Fully equipped - Multimedia TV, lots of dishes, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.

You can come as a couple, as a family or with friends. You will have space and enjoy the short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. You are on the GR34 for fantastic walks along the sea and a few minutes from the wonders of the pink granite coast: PERROS GUIREC, the 7 islands, Trégastel, Paimpol and the island of Bréhat, Plougrescant, Port blanc. You will enjoy the local markets of Penvénan and Tréguier... with all the conveniences medical cabinet, pharmacy, supermarkets and shops.

Internet (wifi or Ethernet) / TV Freebox pop pack.
Sheets and bath towels in supplement on request (15€ per room for the stay)/ Kitchen towels are provided.
Cleaning package in supplement at 70€. This package is valid for the house returned in a good state of cleanliness.

Comfortable spacious house

Karine communicated well and very efficiently with us, and answered all our queries.The house is spacious and bright with plenty of good comfortable seating. The king size bed in the main bedroom is beautifully comfortable. The location of this house is fantastic with a short walk to a choice of two lovely big beaches. In high season a real bonus to be able to walk to and from the beach in a few moments. South facing garden, fenced and very safe for children. Great cycling and walking directly from the house. Plenty of safe secure storage space for bikes etc. Highly recommended.
