Renovated house that can accommodate 6 people with all comfort.
-equipped kitchen, living room, lounge with tv and dvd.
-1 bedroom on the ground floor with 160X200 bed
-1 bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs :

-1 bedroom with 2 beds 90X200
-1 bathroom with toilet.
WE SUPPLY THE BED LINEN? AND THE BEDS ARE MADE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
-garage at your disposal, as well as a place for your car in the yard.
-Garden completely enclosed of 600m2, reassuring for family with young children.
- Garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs provided.
-Our friends pets are welcome (5 € per day)
Our rates are all inclusive (water, heating, electricity, beds made, 2 tea towels, 2 bath mats)
We accept any rental from 2 nights (except July August minimum per week).

Erholung an der Küste

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in der Region der "Côte de Granit Rose" verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Gleichzeitig ist's nicht weit ans Meer für schöne Spaziergänge an der Küste - prima Lage für erholsame Ferientage. Problematisch war ledigliche die WLAN-Verbindung - was aber wohl an der derzeitigen Umstellung auf Glasfaser liegt und vom Vermieter nicht beeinflusst werden kann. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Bien,humide à cause du temps. Problème avec le Wifi , en restant à la cuisine c’est mieux mais cela ne résous pas le problème la connexion coupe régulièrement, c’est normal dans le quartier selon le propriétaire, on a eu au moins deux jours sans Wifi, c’rdt problématique . Il y a tout ce q

Pour répondre à vos remarques Actuellement sur Perros-Guirec il y a de nombreux travaux sur le réseau aérien concernant la connexion internet je ne suis pas le seul dérangé par ce problème venant de l'extérieur et complètement indépendant de la maison. Pour ce qui est de la météo j'en suis nullement responsable non plus J'espère vous voir dans de meilleures conditions À bientôt
