Courtside 116 is nicely decorated with plenty of seating, an updated well-equipped kitchen and light and airy bedrooms. The south end amenities and breezy feel extend a nice haven to all who choose to vacation here. This unit offers close access to the beach (1.5 blocks) and direct access to the pool along with great proximity to shops, tennis, restaurants and Hilton Head Island's famous south end. Coligny Plaza, The New Low Country Celebration Park and Pope Avenue are all within walking distance plus Courtside is on the Palmetto Breeze Trolley Route. This spacious 1250 square foot unit has a King size bed in the master and two Twin beds plus a twin pull out trundle bed in the 2nd.

Last Minute Spring Break

Great stay at this condo in HH. Everything we needed for our stay. Quiet complex, short walk to the beach. Great to have the pool right outside the unit - although it technically was not open. Short walk to Coligny and access to many miles of bike trails right outside the unit. Would stay here again. Great find for our last minute trip.

Great location and accommodations

The townhouse is located on the second floor and is very accessible. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already trying to plan when to come back! The townhouse is very large, and although it was just my husband and I, it would have been extremely suitable for a family of 4+ with the 2 bedrooms. We were provided with information on rental gear such as bikes and beach chairs and it was so easy to order. I would highly recommend the Forest Beach Townhouse for a vacation rental. We were about a 7 min bike ride from Coligny beach, and a quick bike ride to almost everything you could want to do.

Fair price, good location, no problems

We stayed here for 5 nights. Parking is easy. Location about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Unit is clean, beds comfortable and washer and dryer efficient. Kitchen nicely stocked. Would stay again. Directions to unit: when you enter the complex make a sharp/immediate left. Unit is very close on the right then.

We’ve stayed at several condos in this complex in the past and have always been happy. This condo decorations and furniture were cute and beds comfy, nice showers. Kitchen had the bare essentials but it was enough and the appliances were good. The ceilings and painting needs addressed asap as they look very concerning. It appears to have had significant water damage done to most of the ceilings and/or walls in this unit, leaving a pungent musty/moldy smell and water marks, peeling tape on the drywall, etc. If these things were fixed, this condo work be pretty great. It seems they’ve done all the other updates besides the ceilings and walls. Hoping they do those soon before it’s beyond repair. I feel bad writing this but wanted to be truthful because I was genuinely concerned about the smell and air quality.

Perfect!

We were so grateful to find this gem! It was the perfect walking distance to the beach and shops for my kids, my mom, and me with a stroller. The unit was stocked full of everything we needed, especially things I didn't even think about until I went looking for them, like a pizza cutter and cutting boards! I REALLY appreciate that the fridge has a very efficient ice maker, and the washer and dryer were on the new side as well. The owner answered all of my questions in a timely manner and the check in process was very easy. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect for families with kids. Everything needed is there. Pool is big enough to swim laps, when it is not full of kids. We invited another family over for dinner one night and the 8 of us were comfortable eating and lounging afterwards. Parking was easy.

Not very clean

The condo was ok for the little time we spent inside. Glad we didn’t have a lot of rain where we would have needed to be inside. The pictures of condo online are deceiving. The place is old and needs updated. The walls need repair and paint. The carpet old. Cobwebs in the corners, sinks and counters were not cleaned well. The blinds in king bedroom can not be turned to see out you have to lift them to see out and they are grimly. The cleanest, favorite areas of ours were the two showers. Looks like they are the only updates done upstairs. The kitchen has decent cabinets and counters, but again not very clean. We did enjoy having the pool right out behind the condo, but the old winding metal staircase….we were not fans! We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head despite these things. The rental company and owner were responsive and it was a smooth transaction.

Needs Some Updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The service and emails from Seashore Vacations was exceptional. I'll use them again. The free $500 of beach gear from "VayK" was spectacular. I paid $26.50 and they delivered 2 chairs, cooler, umbrella, and a cart. I wish I could've gotten the bikes too. I couldn't change my bike reservation with another company. The unit was dirty and literally found a hairball. Seashore sent someone within an hour to reclean. That was amazing. We still wiped down everything. This is a beach house that is miminal. It's minimally stocked. It need more than a"wipe down". It needs repainted and the drywall corners repaired due to settling years ago. At least a half dozen spots. Some are bad. It's an older unit. It's only a 10 min walk to beach. Good location that's close to S Forest Beach Dr, but bad if you want a restroom facility which put us at a 20 minute walk farther south for beach access. You could park at Coligny. We know the area.

Reviewer Comments: We were first placed in Courtside 113 which was musty and outdated and the Rental team was very accommodating and moved us to 116 which we were very happy with. Bathrooms and kitchen were nice and up to date. Air conditioning ran quietly and cooled well! Great view of pool, nice sound of the fountain in the lagoon, easy walk to beach with the cart and gear credit was bonus they also provided upon booking. Enjoyed walking and biking to Coligny Square for easy dinners and grocery shopping. We will definitely return to this unit!Only suggestions- could use an update with paint colors and some of the furniture, but they were still nice. Also need thick room darkening curtain for master bedroom to keep sun heat out. Few cracks in popcorn ceiling and retaping of corners and ceiling areas could be done due to wear over the years. Other than that, all is great!

Decent accommodations in a centrally located area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Courtside. The unit was spacious, especially the two bedrooms and two master baths. The unit being on the second and third floors was bright. The kitchen was well equipped and the large washer and dryer were a big help. The unit was a bit dated with old slab painted luan doors and old hardware. The screen doors and patio doors were in need of lubrication but were functional once lubed. The pool was pleasant but was un-heated and 70° (brr) for the first few days but warmed up later in the week. As we are in our 70s, The biggest issue for us was the stairs, especially bringing up groceries and luggage. One huge plus for us as we drive a Tesla, was the presence of Tesla superchargers in the supermarket parking lot just a few blocks away. Bottom line is yes we would come back again.

Exactly as advertised

Everything was as listed. We had a great week and the property played a part. The only “issue” was that the garbage disposal was broken and we were not warned ahead of time. It was no big deal, just worth noting. I’d be happy to return in the future.
