Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 46 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King in master bedroom, double and twin in bedroom 2, living room has queen sleeper sofa.

Reviewer Comments: I should have looked at the map of the condo complex because then I would have known that this condo does not have easy access to the pool. Also, cigarette butts and ashes were on the patio table...nasty!The unit itself was updated and comfortable.

Good stay overall

The condo was located in a great neighborhood. Pretty close to the beach. The condo would probably need a little deep cleaning and some touch ups. We still enjoyed everything!

We could not have had a better vacation! The service was great, check in was easy! The condo was more than we hoped it would be! The area was beautiful. The unit had a well-stocked kitchen, spacious, comfortable. We would stay here again. I’ve already recommended it to my friends!

Last minute vacation so worth the money

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had no expectation because of the great price point but the bathrooms can use a little updating they are moldy and very old. The mgmt team and the location were great. One of the pools was fantastic but the nearest pool again was very run down and old. We made a very last minute vacation plan and for that reason I was okay with these inconveniences.

Disgusting

Arrived to dead bugs- one in the kitchen and one in one of the bedrooms. House was not clean at all, in fact disgusting. One of the beds was broke, TV's in both bedrooms didn't work- we had to call the cable company ourself to troubleshoot. Stains on the bedding. Master bathroom shower pressure was horrendous. Property management company and owner should be ashamed at having this property listed as a rental property. I have multiple pictures of what we encountered. After a long travel day, you want to be able to relax and enjoy your vacation, we were literally trying to find things to do so we didn't have to go to this house. I did contact property management company about my concerns with the cleanliness and they responded saying the unit was cleaned prior to our arrival- that is extremely concerning based on the pictures.

Clean and spacious

Spotless and spacious. Next to the tennis courts which our kids enjoyed, and access to two pools on site. Short walk to the beach which was important to us with a 4 and 6 yo in tow.

Good time on Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good trip to Hilton Head. We rented the end unit (46) in Courtside. It is located right next to a street on one side, but it was still nice. Only issues were the privacy fence was in disrepair just outside the back door. The carpet was dated, as I prefer hard flooring for a beach trip. Everything else was very nice. Great customer service from Seashore vacations and very no-hassle vacation which is just what we wanted.

Clean and Close to the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was pretty clean and conveniently located to the beach. It’s only about a five minute walk. The unit was very well stocked including several different coffee makers and a variety of Tupperware in addition to most standard kitchen utensils. The unit is older and it is apparent that it hasn’t been kept up as well as it could have over the years but again was still very clean and spacious and great for our party of two adults, a ten year old, and three two year olds. The master bedroom was large enough that I was able to set up three toddler travel cots for my littles. It was easy to walk to the pool from the sliding doors in the back. I did call maintenance about a few broken air return vents and they arrived a bit later and did what they could but were having to order replacement vents. I would definitely stay again.

Great place not far from beach/shops/more!

Very clean and cute. Easy to get to. About two easy blocks walk to beach access. Close to shopping, dinning and more. We enjoyed this end unit with lots of light and space to spread out.
