Home on the water with fantastic amenities. 2 bedrooms in main house and sleeping for 6 in downstairs unattached, air conditioned cozy bunkroom. Security cameras outside on property for your protection. 8 Kayaks to use with life jackets and oars, fishing and beautiful views. Beautiful dock for a large boat. 5 minutes from the ocean and a short paddle to the clear beautiful Weeki River.
This is the type of home you will remember for years to come!! Watch from the deck as the Manatees swim by as well as Dolphins and more! Rogers Park where you can swim and picnic is walking distance as well as the marina where you can rent a boat to travel up the river!
