We struggled with the air conditioning, not working for the first week. Unfortunately, that week it was very hot. We also struggled with the TVs not working. The owner was in Canada and the man that was supposed to help us was gone to Colorado the first seven days. The owner was available via phone, but that didn’t help much. We found dirty plates and silverware in the drawers and cupboards, and the frying pans were worn out, making it hard to cook on. The location was very convenient and the view was nice.

We were made aware of the air conditioner not working and acted immediately. We called Moyer heating annd cooling right away and as you know, we had to wait on a part for a week. We are sorry about that issue and it’s now resolved. With regards to old pans - we purchased new ones as soon as we read your review— so thank you for the update and next time we’ll be checking those plates usually people use the dishwasher. Hats on us and cleaners have been informed to check the dishes. with regards to the TV ; it was never had an issue and we have somebody there now and they have no problem using the television so that was more on your side not ours. TV converters can be complicated in some locations. We use Roku to make it more simple.. When Bill our manager came back from holiday, he went out of his way to assist you with what you needed. We too love the location and the beautiful views from Mountain View! I’m glad overall you enjoyed your stay.

Very easy check in. Very clean and the host was amazing. Great communication and someone who cares. Catered to all of are needs. Will absolutely stay again.
