Clean house and good amenities, however one of the thermostats kept turning off. We informed customer service and the host found no issue in their app but the thermostat kept turning off with a completely black screen and the master bedroom never cooled down the entire trip. It was very hot. Even when both thermostats did happen to be on, no cold air was pumping through the vents in the master bedroom. A set of large blinds in the living room fell out of the wall because they were not anchored into the wall. Luckily nobody was standing by them when they fell. Won’t be staying again as AC is important to me and my family. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the house clean and enjoyed the amenities. Regarding the AC, the system was inspected and is working properly. During periods of extremely hot weather, the system may not be able to maintain an excessively low temperature, especially if the thermostat is set significantly below the recommended setting. We always recommend keeping the temperature at a reasonable level to allow the system to operate efficiently and consistently. As for the blinds, they were correctly mounted and secured. However, we understand that the way they are handled can affect the mounting and potentially cause them to come loose. We’re glad no one was standing nearby when this occurred, and we have added extra support to the mounting. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make our guests’ stays as comfortable and safe as possible. Kind regards, Marie Maartensson Vacanza Rentals, LLC
