Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
All properties have a ring doorbell adjacent to the entry door for exterior security.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do the dishes and put them away.
Take all food and trash with you as you depart - throw it away in the brown dumpster in the driveway.
Turn off all lights, appliances, and ceiling fans, and lock the windows and door as you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
