We came for a ski trip and had a great time at this condo. Very clean and great location right next to Brian Head ski resort. We will stay here again next time around.
My family (5) visited Brian Head to ski for a couple of days. The condo was a tad small and we felt cramped for our family of five, but overall it was a good stay. The best part about this place was the location. We literally walked to the ski slopes (Giant Steps Lodge), which took about 10 minutes or less. The condo was very warm and didn't feel it necessary to use the fireplace. The condo also has a covered communal garage which was nice. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of comfy and cozy blankets to use. My biggest complaints were the two communal hot tubs - which were both not working and down for service during our time here... and then the living room TV - which was small, could not be moved, tilted or maneuvered, and was not compatible with Apple products. I eventually got the TV working and we were able to enjoy our nights watching and streaming (via Fire Stick)... but the TV sat too high on the mantle so our necks strained to watch it, and there was no sound-bar so the volume was very soft - and when competing with the A/C when the heat was on, as well as the oddly loud refrigerator in the kitchen, it made it super difficult to hear the TV. We ended up getting locked out one afternoon (our door code suddenly didn't work), but the owner was very communicative and helped to resolve the problem as fast as he could. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed it, but could've been amazing if the hot tubs worked and the TV was bigger/better/updated.
Have stayed in the unit twice and will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Don't recommend in it's current condition/dark & dingy, felt depressing and not up kept.
There were so many things wrong with this rental. Overall it felt dark & a bit depressing. The bed was comfortable, but it's definitely much smaller than a queen as advertised! It's actually smaller then my kids full beds at home (which take queen sheets). The shower head broke off within the first 5 minutes, water was flying everywhere which we had to clean and fix. The heater was programmed to heat up to 78 degrees in the middle of the night each day, which was uncomfortably hot. There were no instructions on how to open the garage (we spent about 45 minutes trying to figure it out). The pans were all mostly striped and scraped, the couch/pull out not facing the TV in the living room, so it' makes it unusable to watch a movie or anything really. The towels didn't appear to be cleaned and were very dingy and just kind of yucky. At the end of our stay, we had to take the trash out, strip the beds, and clean the dishes, even though there was a cleaning fee on our bill. We liked being able to have an oven to heat food up, and made the most of our stay, however we would not recommend this condo in it's current condition.
We loved this place! The full kitchen made it perfect to fix our own meals before snowboarding and after. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size for 4 people to share, the couches were perfect for our kids, we will be back! Perfect little jacuzzi to relax after snowboarding. Also, loved the underground parking so car wasn’t freezing and didn’t have to shovel snow.
Surprised my fiancé with a 60th birthday getaway. Scott’s condo was very warm and cozy and perfect for what we wanted to do. He was very prompt in his communications consistently. It was nice with the location to Bryan head resort and lift. a major plus was the safe, secure, underground parking that led right into the upstairs condos!!! would definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to come back.
We had a wonderful time for a ski trip to Brian Head and Scott went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay due to a minor issue. He couldn't have been more helpful.
Super convenient location - less than a minute drive to either base. You could walk if you wanted to.
Lots of amenities including coffee / hot chocolate / creamer / etc.
Very cozy / comfy esp. with fireplace.
We had the best time!
Wonderful time here! We would definitely stay again but we would need to bring a blow up. The small loveseat should not be considered a bed unless it's for children. Even then, it's not very comfortable. You're basically sleeping on couch cushions.
Overall, it was fantastic! Beautiful home and the hosts were especially great!
