Everything was good except that the WIFI/internet connections was not stable. The support staff did help us out though eventually. Support staff was very cordial to our requests and always responded promptly. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The living room is a bit tiny for a group of 10. Overall. We had a very pleasant stay.

I definitely would not stay here again, especially with my children. There was hair all over the room's floors, beds, showers, bathroom and kitchen. I found weird crusty things throughout the kitchen area, including the utensils. One of the bed's sheets were disgusting. Also there were only sheets on the beds no comforters, quilts or duvets. After arriving I went to Walmart bought some throw blankets for the beds and cleaning supplies and cleaned! (Not something you want to be doing on vacation.) I reached out to the host at the number provided on the info sheet placed in the front entryway and never heard back. There was only ONE elevator working out of 4, so coming and going from the room could easily take up to 30 mins with the lines to get onto the elevator. The bedrooms were unnecessarily large leaving very little space in the 'living room' area. Overall we were very disappointed.

I am having trouble with the parking I checked out at 11 by the time I got my luggage to my vehicle. I already had a ticket. I had a visitor come and they got charged for their parking and now our garage is saying they have no records of my stay and this is a real problem. I am not happy about this now. I have to prove that I stayed at your location, but they were real fast to take my money and give me a parking ticket. I got to my vehicle with my luggage at 11:23 and had a ticket already on my vehicle. My visitor got a ticket on their vehicle, this is a real problem that needs to be corrected.
