This property provides potential access to a shared community pool operated by the condominium association. The host does not manage or supervise the pool. Lifeguard presence is not guaranteed. Guests assume all responsibility when using the pool and must supervise children at all times.



Pool access, hours, and rules are subject to HOA policies and may change without notice.

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

• Quiet hours: 9pm-8am

• Parking: 1 assigned parking spot

• Pet policy: Allowed for an additional fee

• Beach gear:

Starter supplies are intended to get your stay started. Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.
