The house was very spacious, but it was three floors. However, there was a bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor off of the entry way which would make it easy for those who don't want to go up and down the stairs. New towels and a bit of updating would go a long way. Overall, a nice home.

Very clean with lots of room for my family of 4. Good location for walking and getting on subway. The house has great AC, a great shower room and washing machine. It was a perfect base of operation for our 6 days in Tokyo. The house was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The location is great, within walking distance to bus route, tokyo government building, and park. The place was very clean. The futons are not futons.. they are a thick comforter meant to be placed on the floor because of this i would say its suitable for only 6 people.

It's a pleasure to host you. My room has four single beds, one double bed, and three futons. The three futons are folded up and stored in the closet, as shown in the photos. They are standard futons from a Japanese ryokan. The mattresses aren't as thick as Simmons mattresses because they need to be stored in the closet. The traditional Japanese way of life is to take the futons out to sleep at night and fold them up and put them back in the closet in the morning. It's a clever use of space, but it naturally has two sides—it sacrifices some mattress thickness. Considering the weight and habits of Europeans and Americans, a ratio of 6 adults and 3 children or less is ideal. You can also stack two futons together for even more comfort. We're glad you were satisfied with our location, cleanliness, and facilities. We are looking forward to your next stay.

My biggest issue was communication with the host. They refused to give me the door code and said they would give it to me "before check in". We were left stranded outside trying to text them at check in time and finally after 15 minutes, I had to turn on my data to call verbo for help. Verbo was able to help us get in. 30 minutes after check in time, I get a generic here is the code, no response to my text, nothing about being late. Once we got in nothing was labeled so we had to get google to figure it out. It also only has one shower, so not good for big groups like ours.

Property was gorgeous and in a really nice spot. Host has generously prepared a guide to assist with traveling to property from the airport. Host is extremely kind and I would love to rebook again if I'm in the area!
