This is a very comfortable, clean and very well appointed rental house. The pool was clean and enjoyed by all. The host left some healthy snacks which were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed long morning walks in the nice neighborhood and watching the sunsets off the dock. We would stay here again should our travels take us to Port Richey in the future. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is exactly as described and pictures are accurate. We've stayed at many different properties and never know what to expect when we arrive at the homes. We bring extra of everything and it just wasn't needed. This House Had Everything! Plenty of options in the kitchen, extra plates, knives, storage, coffee, garbage bags, dish soap, pots, pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, spices, There wasn't anything I needed that wasn't offered in the kitchen. Bedrooms & baths has plenty of towels, soaps, shower gels, extra sheets, hangers, blankets. We didn't need it for our stay, but I saw a highchair too. Very nice washer/dryer complete with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Pool was relaxing and just what we needed after a hot day. Bench seating in the shallow end and deep end was less than 6'. Plenty of dock space for our 20' boat. I will note that the canal is tight and tides are extreme. Make sure you time it right! Great house, enjoyed our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath canal-front home! The house is absolutely lovely, very comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had all the tools and essentials we needed and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. We also appreciated the games and thoughtful touches that made the home feel especially welcoming and kid-friendly.The canal views and sunsets were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful wildlife and evenings spent outside. The location was fantastic, with so many great spots nearby. We loved the entertainment and happy hour at Whiskey River, dinner at Rusty Bellies in Tarpon Springs, golfing (Fox Hollow was a standout!), and playing pickleball at the NPR Recreation & Aquatic Center. Grand Bakery on Main Street was a treat, and we highly recommend Catches for the grouper. We also enjoyed time at Robert K. Rees Memorial Park — perfect for a beach day and picnic.Abbe was a wonderful host. She was incredibly responsive from booking through the end of our stay. Her communication was thoughtful and welcoming, which made the stay seamless and stress-free. It is clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in making their stay exceptional!This home is truly a gem, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida getaway!
