5 Stars, perfect rental

This rental was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, everything felt brand new. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean and jets were strong. Location was great too, walk outside and there are bike trails and hiking trails right from your door. You can walk to dinner in downtown winter park. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one was seriously one of the best rentals we have ever been in. Can't say enough good things about it!

Beautiful time in Winter Park

We loved our stay at your condo - it was clean and beautiful and very cozy! Close to everything we went and did - Tubing hill and Hot Sulphur springs! It was stocked with everything we needed or wanted - Communication and booking was simple and we will save this contact to visit again!!! Thanks for making this time beautiful in Winter park-

Overall wonderful stay! Walk right outside the unit and directly on to some great hiking trails (one of which leads to a great park for kids)! Every room is spacious, closets are large and can easily fit a pack n play. Kitchen was mostly stocked. Humidifiers in each room was a huge perk!! Cons: - the listing says there is a game room implying a separate space, however the “game room” is the bunk room upstairs which includes the Nintendo switch and foosball table. That room has limited space and no dresser or area to store clothes, etc so definitely not a game room for people to congregate. - sound carries in this townhome from the bottom floor to the top. So pack ear plugs and sound machines!- both patios are smaller. Hot tub being off the master is also tricky as a previous reviewer noted!A huge perk is the multiple neighborhood parks, excellent neighborhood fishing spots, and “back entrance” in to hideaway park and event area. Easy walk to Main Street for breakfast was also nice!Overall, would book this unit again! Location to town/activities was excellent!

Nice Stay

Rendezvous Mountain Chalet 20 is a well-maintained property located in the newer Rendezvous development. This condo features a pleasant forest view from the windows surrounding the fireplace, while the remaining windows overlook neighboring condominium buildings. The unit is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is reasonably well stocked for a vacation rental. The attached garage, which provides direct access to the condo, is a notable convenience—particularly during cold or snowy conditions. The location is convenient to town and only a short drive from the ski area. One potential drawback—through no fault of the owner or management—is the placement of the hot tub. It is located on the deck outside the master bedroom, requiring access through that bedroom. This may be less convenient for guests traveling with family or friends. The front deck is well designed, featuring a table and gas grill. Overall, we had a nice stay. I would recommend this property to families seeking a comfortable rental at a reasonable price. Guests for whom expansive views are a priority may wish to consider other options.
