Great location, just 2 minutes to the motorway and 10 minutes to Wellington CBD and ferry terminal, walking distance to Johnsonville Hub with variety of Asian supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants. Petro stations are down the road. Bus stop and train stations are nearby. Pretty much everything you need within 5 minutes drive. Plenty off street parkings.
