Perfectly located holiday home just 800 metres walk to beach shops and Marina. Located east of the original Atlantis Village park and set in Peaceful cul de sac across from lovely park, and beaches.

Why they chose this property
Two Rocks is situated on the beach with an quaint beachy vibe. I did real estate many years ago and sold blocks in a new development not knowing that one day I would move here. I love the beach and the peacefulness. The train into Perth now runs from Yanchep just 6 km south of two rocks.

What makes this property unique
I love old houses for their unique design and character . I feel this little gem has a great holiday feel. Its not big but has room sizes that feel perfect for family and friends to chill and still have some privacy. The house sits on a large corner block with lots of outdoor space. On approach it has a kind of a Mediterranean vibe.
Its renovation is ongoing but I love the progress and hope you do too!
