Why they chose this property
Two Rocks is situated on the beach with an quaint beachy vibe. I did real estate many years ago and sold blocks in a new development not knowing that one day I would move here. I love the beach and the peacefulness. The train into Perth now runs from Yanchep just 6 km south of two rocks.

What makes this property unique
I love old houses for their unique design and character . I feel this little gem has a great holiday feel. Its not big but has room sizes that feel perfect for family and friends to chill and still have some privacy. The house sits on a large corner block with lots of outdoor space. On approach it has a kind of a Mediterranean vibe.
Its renovation is ongoing but I love the progress and hope you do too!
