Nowhere Sooke Escape—a peaceful, beautifully designed two-level home tucked away in the tranquil Otter Point area of Sooke, BC. Just minutes from Gordon’s Beach, this nearly 2000 sq ft retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and West Coast charm.

Spacious Comfort for Families & Groups:
Enjoy three generous king-sized bedrooms, including a main-floor primary suite with private ensuite. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bath—ideal for families or friends traveling together. Every room is thoughtfully styled for rest and relaxation.

Open-Concept Living with Surrounded by Nature:
Step into a bright, vaulted-ceiling living space with large windows that frame the surrounding forest. Cozy up by the wood stove, cook in the fully equipped modern kitchen, and dine indoors or out on the expansive deck. Perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day of adventure.

Your home away from home! You’ll have full private access to the top two floors of the house, plus the wraparound decks—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. The yard is all yours to explore, including the cozy firepit area. And yes, the hot tub is just for you—so soak, unwind, and enjoy every moment.

Just a heads-up: there are full-time residents in the basement suite, which has its own private entrance. They won’t share any guest areas, so the rest of the house and the entire yard—including the decks, hot tub, and fire pit—is all yours to enjoy!

Entertainment & Outdoor Bliss:
Upstairs, a loft-style media room is perfect for movie nights. Outside, soak in the hot tub surrounded by lush gardens, gather around the fire pit, or simply enjoy the peaceful forest setting. Stargazing encouraged.

Close to Town, Yet Worlds Away:
Though secluded, you’re just a short drive from Sooke Village, where you’ll find grocery stores, shops, and restaurants to suit every taste. The "Garden City" of Victoria is less than an hour drive for those with more urban tastes.

The host was very welcoming and we felt so well taken care of. She has made extra luxuries available that show her commitment to guest comfort. The home was spotless, beautiful, and very cozy.

Hi there! I’m a self-declared house design addict—seriously, I live, sleep, and breathe it. If you visit Nowhere more than once, you’ll probably notice a few changes… I can’t help myself! I love weaving nature into every corner of the space, always with your comfort in mind. I’m pretty laid back, and my biggest goal is for you to feel relaxed, cared for, and totally at ease during your stay. Welcome to Nowhere—get lost in the best way.

Why they chose this property

Life at Nowhere Sooke feels like an intentional choice I’ve made to live in a place that reflects my values—quiet, grounded, and deeply connected to nature. The forest, the ocean air, and the sense of spaciousness give me a rhythm I could never find in the city, and this property offers room to breathe, create, and welcome others into an environment that feels restorative. Living on‑site allows me to shape the guest experience with genuine care, while also giving me a daily dose of the beauty I work so hard to share. It’s where my work, my home, and my love of nature intersect in a way that feels purposeful and uniquely mine.

What makes this property unique

Nowhere Sooke is unique because it offers an immersive, calming connection to nature while still being close to everything guests need. The forest setting, the quiet atmosphere, and the sense of space create an immediate feeling of ease, and the property’s thoughtful, intentional touches make the experience feel warm and personal. It’s a true West Coast retreat — simple, restorative, and memorable in a way that stays with people long after they leave.
