We enjoyed our stay here, the tennis court got a good workout and it was lovely to be able to pick some fresh citrus from the orchard. The guesthouse was clean and spacious, and Julie was very accommodating.

Lovely property
This is a clean, lovely property set on beautiful grounds but it’s quite cold and only has a heater in the living area.

Thanks Kylie for leaving the unit so tidy and clean it is very much appreciated.
As to the heating situation. The unit has ducted air-conditioning (heating and cooling) which serves all the bedrooms and the living area, in addition to the gas heater in the living area. The control panel is situated near the front door.
I apologise if it wasnt obvious enough and I will make the labelling on the control panel more clear
The property is a bit too close to the owners. They could see inside our accommodation. But this wasn’t too much of a problem. Very comfortable. Had a spa bath which was great.
Had a wondrrful time. Could not fault anything. Had all the conveniences that we needed. Situated close to Mundaring and Parkerville and lovely walks. Hosts were informative and made us feel very much at home. Would highly recommend staying here.

Divine cottage beautiful setting
What a gorgeous homely cottage, with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. Would recommend and stay again. Julie the owner is a very nice lady. Also accommodated our elderly dogs. Great in summer too with a fabulous pool. Nothing bad to say about it.

Thank you Sue for your very kind words. I’m happy you enjoyed your break. Thank you so much for leaving the unit so clean and tidy. I hope we can accommodate you again in the future
Wonderful idyllic place to stay for a holiday in the hills. There were 5 adults and a baby and the cottage accommodated us very well with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms and family room. Add in the pool, tennis court and proximity to Mundaring townsite, and you have a great place to stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and keep the property very clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

All the best
Lovely place for a quick weekend away in the hills. Comfortable and roomy. Kids enjoyed playing out in the fresh air. Tennis courts were a hit. We were there in winter, but the pool would make it great for a summer visit too. Great lunch at the Parkerville Tavern just 5 minutes away. Pretty sure that we will head back again.
Stayed here with my dad for two weeks (late October to early November) and absolutely loved it. The apartment is huge, spotless, and has everything you need - comfy beds, full kitchen setup, laundry, air con, even tennis rackets and balls for the court. The location is ideal - tucked away in the beautiful Perth Hills near Parkerville, surrounded by cockatoos, ringnecks and kangaroos, yet only about 40 minutes from the city. The Parkerville Tavern is a short walk away and there are endless trails, national parks and reserves right on the doorstep.Hosts Julie and Ken were brilliant - warm, helpful and full of great local tips (Ken’s organic beef from his farm is a must-try!). We felt totally at home and really appreciated the little touches like local guides and brochures.Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a peaceful nature escape that’s still close to Perth - perfect for families, couples or travellers looking to explore the Hills and Swan Valley. Excellent value for money compared to city stays. Big recommend!

Very Comfortable, Good facilties, Ideal location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of cupboard space in the main bedroom. The heated pool and tennis courts were lovely. Although the apartment is adjoining the owner's main house, we had a great deal of privacy. There is a large enclosed area for dogs outside. The apartment is well located within the Perth Hills, near Mundring.
