Very cosy villa with swimming pool 20 minutes from Nice

Located on a plot of 2400m2 totally fenced, this villa built in 2021 offers you a furnished outdoor area (6-person dining table, gas barbeque, garden furniture, pergola), a swimming pool for you alone and which preserves your privacy, private parking. You will enjoy a quiet environment while being 20 minutes from Nice and its beaches, 20 minutes from the Principality of Monaco and about 45 minutes from Mercantour Park.

The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms (maximum 6 people):

2 bedrooms with 160X200 bed ( with air-conditioning) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds 90X190

Linen provided (sheets, towels, napkins)

Equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction hob, refrigerator and freezer.

A large screen TV in the living room and a TV in one of the bedrooms (parental bedroom)

A washing machine is available in the accommodation

For your arrival, a welcome kit is provided: basket for your first breakfast, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent.

A vehicle is essential for getting around.
