Great place for the price

Great location. Easy access to Manasota Key which has great restaurants and a great beach. If you want to be closer to the beach you are going to have to pay a lot more money. This place had all we needed and was close enough to everything. Highly recommend.

Easy and Functional

Extremely easy check in and check out. Owners had everything we needed to make it through the week. 4.4 Miles to the public beach and a great sunset every night.

Great location for a quiet vacation

Location is great for a quiet vacation. The house is nicely decorated and roomy. The master bath is a little small, but quite functional. There are two sitting areas outside. Everything you need is supplied (except food). Ricaltini’s restaurant is at the end of the block and is always busy. The food is good. It’s a 10-15 minute car ride to Englewood Beach and Stump Pass State Park. You have to pay for parking and use a parking app on your phone. The payment kiosks are unavailable. We opted to drive farther north on Manasota Key to Blind Pass (parking is free). I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Wonderful weekend

We loved our stay. Everything was as described and our host was on top of anything that we asked. Great food and live entertainment just a short walk away. We will definitely be booking again.
