welcome to Sunset Shores Unit 15 E the Sloop. Sit on the deck with your coffee watching the lobster men haul their traps, enjoy your happy hour down on our dock, or fish off the pier. You may hunt for sea gas on our coastal beach at low tide. You are only 5.5 miles from all the shops, restaurants, and tour boats. Ocean point is a great place to walk its only 1.5 miles away. There are many hiking trails near by and don't forget the Botanical gardens. enjoy all that this region has to offer and then come home to the Sloop for a quiet and peaceful sleep.

One Sunday morning I was looking at Craigslist and I saw this waterfront property on Liniken bay I called and by the next Friday I placed an offer on this property. What makes this property unique

the large deck to watch the lobstermen pull their traps, quite setting, our large dock, pier and float and our coastal Beach at low tide to hunt for sea glass
