Charming apartment, a few minutes from the beach, children welcome

Located in a quiet residential area and yet centrally located with good transport links, our simple but well-maintained apartment offers everything you need to escape the daily grind.
A cozy bedroom with double bed and a living / bedroom with a closet folding bed for 2 persons and a sofa bed ensure that you can recover well. A cot is available if required, is available.
Whether you are in the functionally furnished kitchen in the self-catering or take the local gastronomy, is entirely up to you.
The apartment has its own access via a metal spiral staircase.
A footpath you can reach the beach and the center in about 9 minutes.
After a day of impressions from the beach and the surrounding attractions, you can end the day in the cozy sunny balcony or relax on the couch with a book. For smaller children in the meantime, a large Duplobox or picture books / books are available.
The beach sand you can get rid of in the shower-bath.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Küche.Offenbar wurde in der letzten Zeit viel in der Wohnung verbessert, da die Bilder im Internet nicht alle zutreffend sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Eine große Enttäuschung!!!Die Bilder waren deutlich veraltet! Der erste Eindruck war deprimierend. Die Holzdachterrasse war in einem desolaten Zustand. Bretter lose, Nägel heraus stehend. Blumenkübel mit Unkraut überwuchert. Die Möbel waren größtenteils abgewohnt und erschienen wahrlos zusammengestellt. Ein Lichtschalter (Wohnzimmer) wurde mit Klebeband notdürftig"repariert". Die Sauberkeit hat deutlich zu Wünschen übrig gelassen. Staub, dreckige Fugen. Eine Kaffeemaschine die man nicht benutzen konnte weil sie nicht regelmäßig entkalkt wird und sich der entsprechende Dreck am Boden der Kanne abgesetzt hat. Der Toilettensitz war nicht nur lose sondern hatte auch Risse auf! der Brille. Der Handtuchhalter wackelte wie ein Lämmerschwanz. Schimmel in den Badfugen. Abgelaufene Lebensmittel von anderen Urlaubern (Senfglas mit Ablaufdatum '25).Alles in allem eine netter Kontakt, aber die Gästewohnung wirkt ungepflegt, lieblos betreut, veraltet und unhygienisch. Wir waren kurz davor abzureisen, haben uns aufgrund des langen Rückweges aber zum "durchhalten" motiviert. Schade, man könnte definitiv etwas daraus machen.Info an FeWo wird weitergeleitet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage, bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dafür! Neues Bett , geräumiges zweites Zimmer mit Schlafsofa / und noch zusätzlich ein zweites Sofa sowie Fernseher. Schöne neue Küche. Weg zum Wasser ,Hafen, Strand ganz nah! Dort viele Möglichkeiten Fisch/ Fischbrötchen, Eis und vieles mehr zu essen, Strandkorb zu mieten usw, und das alles ohne das Auto bewegen zu müssen! Ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende für uns! Einige Anmerkung: es wäre total schön wenn es vielleicht eine kleine Grundausstattung wie Salz , Zucker und Öl geben würde. War zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt alles leer, Dosen /Behältnisse aber vorhanden. Wir brauchten nichts davon, wäre dennoch eine nette Idee denke ich. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem äußert zufrieden und Elke ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die sehr entgegen kommend ist. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Schöne FeWo mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung relativ kurzfristig gebucht für einen Kurzurlaub mit einer Freundin und unseren Kindern (1,3 und 5 Jahre alt). Sie war unsere zweite Ferienwohnung, die wir für 2 Nächte gebucht haben, da die andere Wohnung auch nur für 2 Nächte verfügbar war. Die Absprachen liefen super und unkompliziert, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken und unser Gepäck abstellen. Frau Kutterolf war eine freundliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend und es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Für Menschen/Kinder mit Höhenangst könnte der Zugang über die Außentreppe eine Herausforderung darstellen, aber für uns und unsere Kinder war es ok - auch das knapp zweijährige Kind kam sicher hoch und wieder runter. Die Wohnung liegt recht nah zum schönen Strand von Laboe, allerdings auf einer kleinen Anhöhe - sodass ein kleiner Aufstieg nötig ist, um sie zu erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

Entspannte Tage über Silvester

Gute Betten, große Zimmer, saubere Fußböden. Staubfäden an den Wänden, eine alte WC-Bürste und renovierungsbedürftige Tapeten trüben das positive Bild. Ungewöhnlich: Die Kosten der Endreinigung stehen deutlich im Text, tauchen aber in der Gesamtsumme nicht auf.

Unser Urlaub im September

Die Ferienwohnung war schön.....viel besser als die Fotos.,nur der Balkon ist leider nicht mehr so wie aufden Fotos. Aber wi haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Die gastgeberin war auch sehr freundlich.

Gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man gelangt zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles, was man braucht.

Schöne Unterkunft für ein Wochenende

Problemloser Check-In, gute Kommunikation mit netter, unkomplizierter Gastgeberin. Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Parken direkt vor der Tür. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Lokalen, Bus/Fähre ( nach Kiel) und zu Geschäften.

Nette Wohnung, interessanter Gastgeber

Hübsche Wohnung, nette Lage. Gepflegter Zustand. Jedoch mit einem sehr eigenwilligen Verständnis des Gastgebers bzgl der Gesamtkosten. Freundlich erklärt: Es ist schlicht wie unfair bei Abfahrt nochmals eine Endreinigung iHv 35,- in bar zu verlangen. Kann man versuchen, sollte man aber besser nicht.
