Great pup friendly place with a fully fenced backyard. The inside was cozy and inviting, perfect for a weekend away. Would stay here again.

Overall it was a good get away and the house served our needs. Location to beach was excellant, just a quick walk. Bathroom has been updated. However, the home felt like it was at the end of its tourist season. Cobwebs in corners, torn slipcover on the couch, pine needles in the hot tub. Appliances could use an upgrade too. Also, stairs to loft are very steep.

Cute little cottage close to the beach. Everything was fine but for flat tires on the beach bikes, and difficulties with the roku TV. Small issues tho, would stay here again!

It was a great, yet kinda quirky beach house. It has all the things we needed for a quick trip to Seaside. Location is awesome and it was a good place for the price. Loved having a fenced yard for the dog and the hot tub was a nice treat after being on the rainy beach.

Very clean pet friendly home! Loved the hot tub. Everything we needed was there. Hope to be back soon. The BBQ grilled could use a little scrubbing. But that would not sway us from returning. Thank you!

The house was very cute. Super comfotable and the dog door out to the backyard was perfect. My pup has never had a dog door and she loved it. The hot tub was amazing and the beach was the perfect distance away for a nice walk. I will definately stay here again in the future. Thankyou for providing an amazing and honey place to stay.

Got two different check in text messages. One was for the wrong house. Got to the right one and code worked to get in. The communication note on the fridge was helpful in some ways but also confusing in others. Mentioned something about air conditioner and dish washer but had neither. Wifi password wasnt updated so I had to call the booking company for help which was fine but they weren't aware something (router I think) had been changed with the internet which was weird. The bedroom by the living room smelled. I think the rugs all need washed but its a pet friendly home so maybe that's expected. Enjoyed the hot tub. Also a small market half a block from this house so that was nice. Worked for what we needed. Nice to have fenced yard with dog door. Lots of nice towels with washer and dryer.

Hot tub didn’t work. The hot tub was why we chose this place. I even called ahead to make sure it was working. The first night hot with only 2 jets out of 4 working. Wouldn’t heat up after 1st night so we couldn’t use it at all. Written instructions on how it works would have helped! Rest of house was good and cozy! Location was great!

I appreciate you letting us know about the back door knob coming loose, the hot tub jets not working well, and the stiff kitchen drawer. Our maintenance team fixed the back door handle after you checked out and confirmed it's very solidly in place now. The kitchen drawer track was missing one small screw, we replaced that. We've been keeping an eye on the hot tub jets for the last month and they are working well. We appreciate the feedback — it helps us improve!

The internet and hot tub did not work during our stay which was disappointing. Plans for rearranged and we got a 50 refund. Probably wouldn’t stay at this location again. Overall it was an okay spot and would’ve been great rating if the amenities worked.
