Everything was great. Our first visit to Seaside and had our dogs with us. Backyard is a godsend. Home was very clean and comfortable for the family (6 adults 22 - 52). We plan to stay here again. Had a great time in seaside. The house was clean and matched the images and description as advertised. We loved using the hottub and getting some sun out on the back deck. We would definitely return again.

The perfect house for a stay in Seaside. This house is situated down a quiet street. It’s a five minute walk to the beach, downtown, and a few minute drive to the outlet stores. The house was clean, well kept, and had whatever you could need for your stay. The hot tub was relaxing and the backyard was very private which added to the relaxation. The owner was easy to communicate with when I had questions and the check in/out process was seamless.

Very pet friendly! We arrived at the home at 4pm. The cleaner was still there cleaning. You could tell she was panicked and frustrated. We sat in our vehicle for 15.plus minutes. Dryer was going with sheets in. We folded the best we could. Put towels in the dryer.

My husband and I are both lifelong educators, and between the two of us we’ve taught every age — from preschool through college. Creating welcoming, comfortable environments has always been part of who we are, which naturally extends to how we host our vacation home.

We live in the Portland area but spend time in Seaside nearly every week. The coast is truly our happy place. We love walking and biking along the beach, enjoying the fresh ocean air, and taking in the incredible scenery the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When we’re not at the beach, you’ll often find us camping or backpacking and exploring the outdoors.

We chose to share our home as a short-term rental because we genuinely enjoy helping others create special memories — whether it’s a family vacation, a couples getaway, or a trip with friends. Our goal is for every guest to feel relaxed, cared for, and at home from the moment they arrive.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The home’s layout immediately stood out to us — with one bedroom located toward the front of the house and the others toward the back, it provides a natural separation that works especially well for families, couples traveling together, or groups who appreciate a little extra privacy.

The location is another reason we fell in love with it. You can easily walk to the beach, promenade, and downtown Seaside for restaurants, shops, and activities, yet the neighborhood itself remains peaceful and residential. After a busy day enjoying the coast, it’s wonderful to return to a quiet space where you can truly relax and unwind.

For us, it’s the best of both worlds — close to everything guests want to experience, while still feeling calm and comfortable like a true getaway.

You get the best of both worlds — a quiet residential neighborhood for relaxing and sleeping well, while still being an easy walk to the beach, promenade, and downtown Seaside shops and restaurants.

The home has been intentionally designed to feel welcoming and comfortable for families and groups. From the private hot tub under the stars to the fire pit for evening gatherings, the outdoor spaces create opportunities to connect and unwind after a day at the coast. Inside, modern coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and quality bedding help guests truly relax.

We also focus on the little things that make travel easier — a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, toys and games for kids, and a fenced yard for dogs. Many guests tell us they appreciate being able to arrive and immediately start enjoying their vacation without needing to bring extra supplies.

Because we personally spend time here often, we continually improve the home based on what guests need and what we would want ourselves. Our goal is to create a place where families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories together.
