We arrived and the house wasn't cleaned from the previous guests. This was quickly resolved once the manager was able to be contacted. But the overall cleanliness of the property was poor, considering the 140 cleaning fee. So many spiders and bugs I had to go around and sweep the ceilings and walls so the kids could sleep. Not impressed!

We are extremely sorry that our cleaners forgot. This is the first time it has happened. As soon as they realised they were at the Bach within 15 mins to clean. Unfortunately we had 9 hard working traffic management men staying that week so the Bach was well used. The cleaners are aware of your comments and also apologise. They feel terrible. I think that their quick response to the mistake was exemplary. Again, we are both sorry about this mistake and we hope it didn’t stop you having a lovely weekend away with your family/friends.
