Open plan house with room for 2 couples or families.
The house is a short 5 minute walk to pristine white sandy Yaroomba beach. A peaceful area for fun or relaxation.
Climb Mount Coolum, stroll through Point Arkwright nature coastal track, play a round of golf or simply lay on the hammock on the deck with a glass of wine and laze the day away.
Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket are all a short drive to Coolum township or Mount Coolum. The top floor of the house consists of a fully equipped designer open plan kitchen leading onto a large deck through Bi-Fold doors for indoor/outdoor dining.
There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 king singles.
Large bathroom with rainwater shower head. The property is pet friendly which is fully fenced for security..
Top floor is available for guests use. the ground floor is vacant but not accessible apart from the laundry.
Guest access is by self check-in. Details will be provided 24hrs to 48hrs prior to arrival.
