Schöne Finca mit Potenzial

Wir waren im Juni 23 für eine Woche zu Gast in der Finca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und jedes Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. 3 Bäder, alle mit Duschwanne, sind mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind auch schön geräumig und genug Platz für die Kleidung. Große Küche mit Kühl/Gefrierkombination ist auch vorhanden. 2 kleine Mankos gab es jedoch: Das hintere Grundstück mit dem kleinen Pool sieht auf dem Foto echt größer aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Das zweite was echt gestört hat war, das an dem riesigen angrenzenden Grundstück den ganzen Tag Baumaschinen gefahren sind und gefühlt nur Rückwärts, da man dauernd das gepiepe gehört hat. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nix.

Ruhig gelegen trotz der Nähe zu Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nightlife

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem modernen und gepflegten Haus. Das Auto konnte auch mal stehen bleiben, da nicht nur der Strand sondern auch der touristische Teil des Ortes mit diversen Angeboten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Für gemeinsame Unternehmungen gibt es reichlich Angebote (zB: Kartbahn) ohne lange fahren zu müssen. Die Agentur Mallorcareise Schirmer ist ein sehr netter, kompetenter und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner und hat uns auch bei einem persönlichen Problem, dass nicht mit der Unterkunft in Verbindung stand sehr geholfen.
