Perfect house for 2 families or several couples. 2 completely separate areas with kitchen and living room on lower level as well as upper level. Very well stocked. Outdoor space was very enjoyable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere including Red Rocks!

Pictures do not do it justice. The property was better than what we imagined. The basement is perfect for privacy with a whole other family….OR! teenagers ;) Would rent there again!
